Eclipses can be chaotic, as they often bring sudden change, rapid growth, and unexpected opportunities — so instead of trying to focus on our own desires and intentions, we will open our hearts to whatever life is attempting to offer us. Trusting that what’s shed during this lunar event is meant to be, and making room for things that are more aligned with our core.
We'll be taking it easy this class, using grounding and calming practices to clarify the energies we are feeling in this, possibly, tumultuous time. Giving more space in this circle for supporting each other, gratitude meditation, and tarot spreads.
